How do I place an order?

How do I track my order?

You can do that on our order tracking page. Tracking details are also emailed once shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to activate.

My tracking hasn't updated—should I worry?

Not yet. Carriers batch-scan shipments. If there's no movement after 7 business days , reach out and we'll step in.

What are your main shipping methods?

We work with USPS, UPS, DHL and TNT.

The package status shows delivered but I did not receive my order.

Check with the assigned last mile delivery company—the courier personnel may have left your package in a safe spot that can be out of view to avoid theft.

Refunds are processed within 24 hours once your return is received and inspected. Depending on your bank or original mode of payment, it may take between 5-7 business days after to be credited. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Is our wigs have real human hair?

Yes. Gladiolaz uses ethically sourced, premium human hair, unless clearly stated otherwise.

Why is there light shedding?

Minimal shedding is normal, especially with curls or waves. Heavy shedding is not—and we'll address it.
All Gladiolaz hair wigs have gone through the test of National Hair Products and Hair Care Products Quality Supervision and Inspection Center and has been proven to be 100% virgin human hair without chemicals, soft and smooth, bouncy, with no shedding, and can be dyed and bleached.

Why does my wig tangle?

Friction, dryness, or product buildup are common causes. Proper care = dramatically longer lifespan.

Is there a smell when I open the package?

You may notice a light conditioning scent. It disappears after washing.

What's the best hair quality?

Brazilian hair bundles are of the highest quality of human hair extensions, which are natural and not processed through chemical methods. Being widely used in nowadays hair market, it has the characteristics like soft, thick, and durable. Its texture is effortless to blend with natural hair.

HD lace vs regular lace—what's the difference?

HD lace: ultra-thin, melts into skin, high-definition finish
Regular lace: more durable, beginner-friendly, excellent value

Do I need to cut the lace?

Yes. However once lace is cut, the item becomes non-returnable.

Cap sizing

Most of our wigs are medium cap with adjustable straps. Exact sizing is listed on each product page.

Can I bleach or color my wig?

Yes—professionally. Chemical processing may shorten lifespan and void return eligibility.

How often should I wash my wig?

Every 7-10 wears or when buildup appears.

How do I wash my wig?

The first step to washing your item is to make sure it is detangled. Use a wide tooth comb to remove any knots your item may have. Next, you want to pour a cap full of item shampoo into a large bowl filled with water. Gently swirl your item in the solution and let it sit in the bowl for 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes have passed, rinse your item until the water runs clear. Wrap your item in a towel and gently pat dry until all excess water is gone. Finish with a leave-in conditioner, focusing most of the product towards the ends as this is where the hair gets the most tangles. Let it air dry.

Can I use heat tools?

Yes. Treat the hair as if it is your own. Use a flat iron/straighter or tongs even when fitted, but as with your own hair, never use hot tools too often as you could dry the hair and it will not last as long.

How long will my wig last?

• Daily wear: 6-12 months
• Occasional wear: 12+ months with proper care

Storage tips

Store on a wig stand or silk bag, away from moisture and sunlight.

Can I dance, work out, or go out all night?

Yes. Secure installation is key. Sweat won’t damage hair—neglect will.

Can I swim with my wig?

Not recommended. Chlorine and saltwater reduce longevity.

Will it look natural in real life?

Yes. our wigs are designed for movement, lighting, and close-up confidence.

I received the wrong item

My wig arrived damaged or defective

Send photos or video within 48 hours. Approved cases qualify for replacement or refund.

What counts as a defect?

Manufacturing or construction issues—not wear, styling damage, or personal customization.

What if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

If your package is lost or arrives damaged in transit: • Notify us as soon as possible • Provide photos (if damaged) and tracking details we will assist with carrier investigations and claims. Resolutions depend on carrier findings and timelines.

I installed or cut the lace—can I still report an issue?

Once lace is cut or the wig is installed, the item becomes non-returnable. However, if you believe there is a genuine manufacturing defect unrelated to installation or styling, you may still contact us for review.
Each case is evaluated individually, but approval is not guaranteed.

My wig doesn’t look like the photos online

Product photos represent the style, not the exact finished look. Variations can occur due to:
• Styling method
• Lighting
• Hair texture behavior
If your wig significantly differs in construction, length, or density from the product description, contact us with photos for review.

What issues are not eligible for after-sales resolution?

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for issues caused by:
• Lace cutting or installation
• Bleaching knots or dyeing
• Heat or chemical damage
• Improper washing or storage
• Normal wear and tear over time
These conditions fall outside manufacturing responsibility.
